Nurturing You - A workshop for you

Are you ready to receive some nurturing? Are you busy with the practicalities of life and missing out on nurturing?  Perhaps you’re in a loving relationship, and yet you know there is room for you to receive lots more nurturing.  Perhaps you know you want and need nurturing, but you’re just not quite sure how to ask for it.  Perhaps you’re not in a relationship and realise how little real loving touch you receive.  This is your opportunity to be tended, nourished and nurtured, by yourself to yourself and at times working with a partner to give and receive nurturing. It’s a morning to share your loving energy and to feel nurtured, loved and uplifted.

 

You might be 20 or 80, you can come by yourself or with your friend, daughter, mum, or neighbour. 

 

Numbers are very limited so book now to secure your place.

Date:  Saturday May 20 from 10am-noon.  Introductory Price $45.00 per person.

The venue is the Workshop area at Paint your World, Unit 15, 1140 Nepean Highway, Mornington.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.  The area is carpeted and heated, but bring a blanket and some warm socks.
